Town and county residents came out Monday evening to Washington’s Town Hall to hear proposals by Milt Herd of Herd Planning & Design, Ltd of Leesburg and Vlad Gavrilovic of Paradigm Design of Reston, regarding the town’s Comprehensive Plan update.
In this third meeting, the details became more clear and frustrations more evident, not only in members of both boards, but in comments made by town and county residents.
The planners showed a map of the town with a red-dotted line outlining 150-feet from the core of the town, proposing that all lots located within the dotted lines be included in the proposed sewage system.
