The Frank and Joe Show returns with a new program to the Theatre at Washington, Virginia this Saturday, April 30 at 8 p.m. Frank Vignola, guitar, and percussionist Joe Ascione, are joined as on their last visit to the Theatre, by Ken Smith on rhythm guitar, Gary Mazzaroppi on bass, and Chuck Ferruggia and Rick Zukor both on percussion — the “merry band of New York music makers”.
