He added that every year he takes a large number of continuing education seminars including various techniques, nutrition and injury rehab to broaden his repertoire and has been an instructor in Europe and the U.S. for a chiropractic technique.
After a two-year stint out of the office Dr. Skinner has found himself drawn to Rappahannock County, a place he visited many times in the past.
Rappahannock County immerged as an ideal location with only a 25 minute commute. “Everybody I met was open, friendly, and engaging, and it seemed like a natural fit,” said Dr. Skinner whose office has a much more “country style” feel since he answers his own phone, and runs the office single-handedly.
Visits are by appointment only, but Dr. Skinner said he has every intention of working at the office five days a week.
