Amissville United Methodist Church will be holding a two-day yard sale, rain or shine, Friday, April 29 from 9 a.m to 2 p.m and Saturday, April 30 from 8 a.m. 2 p.m. The sale will be inside the social hall on Friday, and everything will be moved outdoors on Saturday, weather permitting. Proceeds will support church missions and the building fund. The church is located on Route 211 in, Amissville.

The congregation of Reynold’s Memorial Baptist Church in Sperryville is hosting a yard sale and bake sale on Saturday, May 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the church grounds. The proceeds will be used toward playground equipment for the children’s ministry.
