25 handler/dog teams, with more in the process of being registered. Our teams visit regularly at the Rappahannock Senior Center, as well as a steadily increasing number of senior centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation and assisted living facilities in neighboring counties.
We also conduct a “Books and Barks” after school reading program at the 4-H office in Washington, as well as regularly visiting the classrooms at Wakefield Country Day School and Waverly Elementary in Madison, and will be starting at the RCES
