Talmage Reeves, Fauquier County’s economic development chief, provided an insight into the thinking of corporate executives.

“Dulles is positioning to be extremely competitive for the business sector. Looking at the rates, it is vying primarily with BWI,” said Reeves, referring to Baltimore-Washington International Airport. “Reagan National doesn’t have the parking space (Dulles has 25,000 parking slots), and Richmond is way too expensive.”
