™ The Rappahannock County Soccer Association RCSA is a volunteer staffed, non-profit organization that hosts youth soccer programs for ages 5-18. The program offers the area youth a positive, healths athletic pursuit in a recreational environment. We schedule in conjunction with Culpeper. Orange and Madison Counties. 1*5A offers both a regular season game s^ hedule, as well as tournament play for any girls interested. Everv Piedmont team has opportunities to play other I*SA and neighboring Babe Ruth teams, as well as teams with different affiliations.
