Getting a library card Cards are free for Rappahannock County residents, property owners, students and tht>se employed in the county (ages 5 and up). In addition, cardholders from Warren, Culpeper and Fauquier counties may also obtain one from the Rappahannock County Library. To apply, just stop by the library and fill out an application.
