Times for the Red-Cross Blood drives as as follows:
Culpeper Moose Lodge
Drive, at Madison Rescue Squad Building. Your blood saves lives! Please mark your calendar and plan to donate. Remember to drink lots of fluids — water or juice are best the day before, and the day of, the blood drive. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods. To give blood, you must be generally healthy, 17 years of age or more, and weigh at least 110 pounds. For further information, call the Red Cross at 8258611.
July: Christmas at Gray Ghost Vineyards
Throughout the month of July, Gray Ghost is hosting a food drive to benefit the Culpeper Food Closet. Any food or ihonetary donation enters you in a drawing for tickets to Gray Ghost’s Holiday Open House! Winners will be contacted by phone and the tickets will be mailed.
