There is one thing that all residents of Rappahannock can agree on and that is the natural beauty of this county. Flint Hill photo/journalist Richard Lvkes took all of the photographs that grace the cover. Lake Whippoorwill forms the background for three scenes starting at the top with the Blue Ridge Mountains at sunset, an aerial shot over the countv and the rolling farmlands of Vista Hermosa. ”1 had such beautiful photographs to work with," said graphic artist Sarah Colfelt, who designed the cover.
