Sunday at 11:45 a.m., Larry Neal of Waldorf, Maryland was riding west on Route 647 at the head of a group of 10 motorcyclists when he inadvertently crossed into the eastbound lane. Neal’s Kawasaki motorcycle struck the the front of a 1998 Dodge pickup driven by Jesse Roberts of Marshall, Virginia. Roberts was riding with two male companions.
