Association, elected officers. John MacPherson of the Foster Harris House was named the group's president. The group's mission is to rev italize and promote the historic Town of Washington. Other officers include: Phil Irwin from Caledonia Farms as vice-president; May Ann Kuhn, the owner of Middleton Inn, as treasurer; Joan Ballard of R.H. Ballard as secretary, and Laura Overstreet who serves as an advisor. Regular monthly meetings rotate among Washington businesses.
