Ki Theatre Ki Theatre operates a theater on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia, with offices in Sperryville. Programs are created by people who live in the community. Ki Theatre also has two national programs: Kid Pan Alley and Life Stories Workshops and Performances. Volunteer opportunities are available for acting, producing, staging, marketing, publicity, office support and fundraising. The Theatre at Washington is located in the county seat of Rappahannock County-. The town was laid out by Cieorge Washington when he was a youthful surveyor's assistant. Lovingly run by Wendy Weinberg for many years, the Theatre presents a wide variety of professional musical and dramatic performances, usually on weekends and often for one or two performances only. The Theatre presents professional music - jazz, chamber music, Celtic music, piano recitals, and an eclectic mix of other musical and dramatic performances. Performances draw a wide audience not only from Rappahannock County- but around the country as well
