July 24: A truck driven by Robert McNeal of Winchester, VA overturned on US 211 heading west.The vehicle ran off the road and struck a drain culvert, causing the truck to roll three times. Mr. McNeal had his seatbelt on and walked away uninjured.

July 20: Flint Hill resident Jennifer Shanks was transferred to the Rappahannock County Jail to await trial for two counts of obtaining money in excess of $200 by false pretenses and four counts of writ-, ing bad checks. Shanks was arrested in Washington D.C.
