July 31, August Quest Movement Arts Center schedule for Nia, Yoga
and Synergy Dance
Monday and Wednesday: 5:30 Nia; 7 p.m. yoga. There will be Sunday evening yoga classes at 7 p.m. on July 31.
Thursday evening’s Synergy Dance will be “a la carte” this summer. Drop in when you are in town for $15 or sign up for four classes in August. The time is still 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Call Virginie for more information on Synergy Dance at (540)937-5609.
The studio can also be rented by the hour and private yoga and Nia sessions are available with Kim. Call (540) 364-9299 or (540) 660-2060 after 9 p.m. or on weekends.

A visit with Father Patrick who has recently returned from Kenya at Central Coffee Roastery.
Ann Georgia McCaffray would like to invite Rappahannock friends and community to stop in and meet Father Patrick Wanakuta Baraza on August 1 at 7 p.m. at Central Coffee, Sperryville. A native of Kenya and member of the Bukusu tribe, Father Baraza is a traditional African healer, a tribal elder and storyteller, a Catholic priest, and a scholar of Islam.
