Dec. 9 - Community Drum Circle
All are invited to join in creating rhythm and music on Saturday, December 9th from 5 - 6:30pm at Sage in the Rappahannock Wellness Center. No experience necessary. Group drumming can help stimulate coordination, cooperation, and greater listening skills, and has been proven to reduce stress. It is fun and easy, and everyone is welcome. Avoid the mall and chaos of commercialism! Santa makes a visit to Gray Ghost on Sunday, December 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. This is a free event and every child receives a special gift.
