inspired, at least in part, by a contest sponsored by the Washington Hospitality and Visitors Association. The Gay Street Inn, owned by Kevin Adams and Jay Brown, took first place, winning a beautiful Norway Spruce. The two runners-up were the Heritage House B & B and Ballard’s Art Gallery. The judges were Lois Snead, Bryant Lee and Nancy Keyser.
