Responsibilities include assessment, referral, advocacy, liaison among community and inpatient systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of job related experience. Master's degree preferred. Must have or be eligible for professional licensure/certification. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background and driving record check and TB Test. Applicant must have valid driver's license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
