tree that began when the boys were very young. There’s a Dale, Jr. tree in the basement and there’s one more formal tree in the living room. Of course, the trees are just the tip of the iceberg! There doesn’t seem to be a nook or cranny anywhere in the home that hasn’t been touched by the spirit of Christmas!
There’s only been one year when they didn’t pull out all the decorations. Life was very hectic that year and it was just hard to get to everything. But Soiya says the kids were disappointed and a lot of other people wanted to know what had happened to the Christmas displays they’d come to anticipate. And, so, a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving each year the planning begins.
