He is survived * by his loving wife of 15 years, * Ellen Fisher, his two daughters, Victoria Leigh (11) and ' Elizabeth Karyn (8), and two - sons, William Maxwell (5) and Z Edward James (2), living in * Midlothian, Va. ;

He was the beloved and - devoted son of Don and Margel Z Fisher of Virginia Beach, VA. ' He is also survived by his two - brothers Dr. Anthony Fisher 1 and his wife Tracy and * nephews Noah and Tyler of - Suffolk, VA; and David Fisher I and his wife Leslie of ' Harrisonburg, VA.

Mr. Fisher was Project Manager of the IT Department at the RoomStore in Richmond, VA.

A memorial service was ’ held on Saturday, March 17, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 9800 West Huguenot Road, Richmond, VA.
