Crew Coordinator
•Staff Forecasting of Flight Operations Technical Personnel 'Research and utilize recruiting sources and other networking channels to generate an adequate pool of candidates Review hired pilot pool and aid in program replacement. 'Prescreen Candidates with telephone interview and coordinate with next level of interviews Counsel hiring managers in staffing and recruitment related matters 'Maintain Applicant tracking system, tracking requisitions status and posting approved positions 'Compile initial paperwork and maintain log on employee and recruiting tiles 'Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief feedback with interview teams and candidates 'Responsible for managing online job postings on Air Serv International website and maintain relationships with resources that are of interest with international development focus 'Facilitate delivery of Candidate Class Orientation while ensuring recruiting practices are in compliance with the specialized aviation related technical and organizational policies 'Attend recruitment workshops, career fairs and expositions, up to six per year in coordination with Human Resources Manager 'Develop job postings internally and externally working with hiring mangers to identify employment needs and to coordinate the proper documentation of open positions including updating, revising and implementing Flight Operations job descriptions 'Maintenance of Alumni Flight Operations Database Management and Selection 'Participate in Rapid Response committee, workgroup 'Responsible for overview of Employee Manual during Candidate Class. 'Responsible for yearly Resume/Personnel File archives 'Maintain technical communication with field flight staff through Program Chief Pilots and provide support as needed Coordinate with Support Services Division in tracking International Field Staff End of Contract Dates. 'Act as Flight Operations liaison to all suppliers nurturing vital relations 'Assist in annual budgeting for flight ops recruiting 'Special Projects as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant Experience in program development work and staff development. 'Relevant Experience or knowledge of developing countries and Humanitarian Organizations 'Experience in Aviation i e , Ex Pilot ( Commercial, desired MEI, ATP Turbine. Previous Military or Airline pilot experience desired Bush pilot etc ) "Travel Required 30-40% 'Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word. Excel. Outlook, Access) 'Experienced in recruitment with a solid background in aircraft maintenance and the aviation industry SKILLS. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY Excellent written & verbal communications skills Superb problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot 'Great organization skills and attention to detail 'Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate 'Prioritize multiple tasks. Comfort in a feist paced and ambiguous environment 'Ability to interface with Executive Management 'Aptitude for foreign languages and good pross cultural communication skills 'Good public relations and public speaking skills. ’Previous humanitarian, volunteer, relief work or non-profit experience a plus POSITION TITLE: PURPOSE OF POSITION;
