Photo by Ray Boc BRIDGE LOVER: For some time now the county and VDOT have been planning the bridge replacement in SperryviMe on Route 522 next to Shaw’s. My engineer husband, Ray Boc, loves bridges and took this photo of Charles Adams, Sr. and W.H. Shiflett, Jr., from VDOT Culpeper Location and Design Survey Party 1. They were out on a sunny day doing the survey of the old bridge.
