Miss Denise Lynne Wingfield, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis B. Wingfield of Sperryville, was graduated Saturday, May 5, 1964, from Janies Madison University in Harrisonburg. She was among the 1,700 who received their degrees at Janies Madison’s 75th annual commencement exercises.
Miss Wingfield earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She is a member of Beta Beta Beta, JMU’s Biological Honor Society. Miss Wingfield will be returning to James Madison University during the latter part of the summer where she will be assisting with the orientation program of incoming freshmen and transfer students.
