Last week I had a couple of questions for Mr. Snead about the Rappahannock Group Home. This week, I have a few questions for the people of Rappahannock County, because whether you know it or not, you are the answer to all these questions and more.
1. If the home is built in Harris Hollow, surely the road must be improved, widened and paved. The one lane bridge should be replaced. Who will pay?
