Mrs. Fannie Fincham of Haymarket was a recent guest of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Entsmenger in Falla Church.

The Administrative Board of the United Methodist Church met last Monday evening with Mm. Catherine Brown. Members attending were the Rev. Martin Shorb, Nelson Nethers, Hugh Chrisman, Julian Brown, Mm. Tom Kl&tko, Mrs. Nina B. Brown, Mrs. Lee Swindler, Mm. Virginia Lewis, Mm. Jimmy Wayland and Mm. Roy Swindler.

Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne and H. 0. Lyne of Orange returned home last week from Charleston, S. C. where they were called due to the illness and subsequent death of the Lynes brotherin-law, Commander Laurence Thompson. Mm. Thompson has been transferred to a nursing home in Richmond. David Lyne and daughter, Peachy of Warrenton were guests Monday.

Heather Aylor attended a birthday party for Emily Righter of Washington Sunday afternoon.

Mm. Catherine Brown accompanied Mr. and Mm. Charles Overhulser of Alexandria, Mr. and Mm. Benny Brown of Winchester, Mm. Larry Kushner of Gaithersburg, Md. and Mm. Edward Payne of Falls Church to Wheeling, W. Va. for the weekend and attended the Dog Races and the Roy Clark Jamboree.
