I could go on and on with “thank yous” and recollections of all the nice things about this job. But I think it is sufficient to say that writing about the county for two years, visiting it from neighboring Fauquier for interviews and to cover meetings, was enough to convince me that we ought to become Rappahannockers. My family and I have never regretted that decision.
