Henry D. Blake Jr.
Retired Sales Manager
Henry Da via Blake Jr., 88, of Quaint Acres at Boston, died Wednesday, May 2, 1984, at his residence.
A native of Raleigh, N. C., he was the son of the late Henry Davis and Frances Waite Blake. He was a retired sales manager for Textile Industry and had lived in Culpeper for many years. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Anthony Edward Goddard of Boston; a granddaughter, Miss Caroline Stuart Goddard of Boston and three sisters, Mrs. Frank Pollard of Burlington, N. C., Mrs. Henry Madin and Mrs. Lee Fentress, both of Greensboro, N. C.
Graveside services were held at the Culpeper Masonic Cemetery on Friday by the Rev. Thomas Hayes.
Memorial contributions may be made to the memorial hind of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
Arrangements were handled by the Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper.
