It’s easy to be a workaholic. With jobs and chores and pther responsibilities at home it’s easy to spend all the time working. Too many people tend to work many hours on the job and then break their necks getting things done around the house.
And, all too often, those people structure their vacations so they are not very relaxing either.
I am a strong believer in vacations.
Yet, to some people, vacations can be as stressful or more stressful than being at home. Sometimes, deadlines and schedules put on vacations put more pressure on the vacationers than would be the case if they had remained at home.
