Barbara Claler

Barbara Anne Clater, 43, of Front Royal, died May 28 in Warren Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Clater was bom Nov. 1, 1943 in Front Royal, a daughter of the late William R. Williams and Isabelle Campbell Williams. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1860.

Surviving are her husband, Daniel Clark Clater Sr.; two sons, Daniel Clater Jr. and Troy A. Clater, both of Front Royal; one daughter, Lisa Michelle Clater of Front Royal; one brother, Russell Lee Williams of Front Royal; and one sister, Norma Jean Brown of Washington, Va.

A funeral was conducted June 1 at the Maddox Funeral Home by the Rev. James Burke. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Wayne Walker, Jack Grove, Aubrey Ritenour, Kenny Mitchell, Glen Streets and Jimmy Williams.

Honorary pallbearers were Mike Corbin, Terry Corbin, Joe Corbin, Timmy Spiker, Bobby Allen Williams and Sammy Lee Campbell.

Maddox Funeral Home of Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.

Morris Walker

Deacon Morris Jackson Walker Sr. of Warrenton died May 27 at Fauquier Hospital.

Mr. Walker was bom Sept. 17, 1909, the youngest son of Morris and Margaret Walker, and attended public schools in Fauquier. On Nov. 13, 1929, he married Mary Alice Walker.

He joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church at an early age and served faithfully for many years. He was
