The quarantine regulates to movement of articles capable of transporting the gypsy moth, in any of its life stages, from the infested areas to non-infested areas. Examples of items which are regulated and which must be certified mothfree before being transported into non-infested areas include logs, firewood, pulpwood, cut Christmas trees, trees and shrubs with roots intact, mobile homes and recreational vehicles moving from an RV site known to be infested.
