Mrs. Robert Thornhill of “Grayson Hill” is in Vienna this week visiting and caring for her son Robbie, who is recuperating from a broken collar bone.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hopkins of Remington were callers during the weekend of Mrs. Gladys Schlosser at Fox Hill and Mr. and Mrs. T.S. Hensley at Rocky Top.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wilson of Thistle Hill Bed and Breakfast and Antique shop will serve as host for an event to benefit the Windmore Foundation for Arts. Barbecue lunch will be beginning around noon and those attending will be in store for a treat as they listen to the guitar and banjo picking of Bluegrass players. All this will be taking place on Saturday, May 12th.

Mrs. Cary Thornhill and Mrs. Lottie Johnston were Friday guests of Mrs. George Butler. Mrs. Butler is improving greatly from hip surgery.
