The Sheriffs Office personnel were, as ususal, extremely courteous and helpful, as were the Flint Hill, Sperryville and Washington Volunteer Fire Departments and Rescue Squads, along with the State Police. The many volunteer? who worked at registration, the water stations, the one, two and four mile points, and the finish line were also very generous with their effort on what turned out to be a beautiful Saturday and a great race!
Congratulations to all the winners, most particularly Frank Reynolds and Nina Stamer as the repeat winners of the Eva Smith Memorial Trophy!
