The trustees were reluctant to attempt to rotate the building, which had recently been rotated at the suggestion of landscape architect Meade Palmer. “Is there any reason the collector couldn’t be at an angle to the building?” Board Chairman William Young asked.
“The panel having to stand alone would require more construction but would be easier to maintain,” Dr. Barrett replied.
