Robert L. Hitt, 66, of Reading, Pa. died, April 25.
Mr. Hitt was bom in Rappahannock County.
Survivors include his wife, Frances J. Seyler Hitt, two daugthers, Sandra M. Reidel of Reading, Pa. and Pamela A. Hitt, at home; two grandchildren; six brothers, Charles Hitt and Downing Hitt, both of Castleton, Louis Hitt, Arthur Hitt, Turner Hitt and Taylor Hitt, all of Culpeper; five sisters, Lena Shifflett of Barboursville; Annie Weakley of Culpeper, Jessie Weakley of Brightwood, Erma Jenkins of Washington and Lucille Dellinger of Alexandria and of Castleton.
Funeral services were held April 28 at Whelan Fleischann Schwartz Funeral Home in Reading. Interment was in Gethsemane Cemetery in Reading.
