The Jaycees’ annual Culpeper Day festival is scheduled for this Satuniay, May 5. Crafters, food, entertainers, music and community booths will line Davis Street from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
This year a Home and Garden Sale featuring event sponsor Aberdeen Green will be set up at East Davis and Commerce streets beginning at 8:30 a.m. This sale will also feature Martin Furniture and County Farm S#vice. The Farmers Market will also be on hand at 7:30 a.m.
Music will begin on East Davis at' 11 a.m. with “Country Legend” a. southern rock band. At noon, get ready for ’60’s music with “Short Big-; gie.” “Diamonds and Denim” will perform their mix of popular music at 1 p.m. and at 2 p.m. the CCHS'. Jazz Ensemble takes the stage.
