Thomas V. Williams, director of the Rappahannock County unit of the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service, was recently awarded a certificate of achievement for completing Class 3 of the Virginia Rural Leadership Development Program (VRLDP).

Mr. Williams received his award from Glen L. Sink, president of the program’s administrative board, and Lorenza W. Lyons, interim associate vice president for agriculture and Extension at Virginia State University.
