Elizabeth Jones
Elizabeth Belle Jones, 84, of Brandy Station, died Wednesday, Feb. 5 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Jones was bom in Orange on Nov. 18, 1907 to the late Cora Frances Jones and John Pendetton Suder.
Mrs. Jones was a nurse’s assistant at Culpeper Memorial Hospital from June 1960 until July 1982. She was a member of Zoar Baptist Church in True Blue, Va.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Russell Jones, in 1966.
Mrs. Jones is survived by six sons, James M. Jones and Robert L. Jones, both of Culpeper; Richard R. Jones of Brandy Station; Reginald R. Jones of Dale City; Donald E. Jones of Warrenton and Victor A. Jones of Amissville; two daughters, Betty J. Cook of Culpeper and Elsie E. Garrett of Oak Harbor, Wash.; a brother, Burgess Suder of Culpeper; two sisters, Dorothy Wolfrey of Brandy Station and Josie Bledsoe of Culpeper; 24 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren „ and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Found & Sons Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, Feb. 8 wtih the Rev. Sandy Martin officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
