Look what’s happening at RCES!
• Don’t forget the science fair Feb. 18-21.
• Support the magazine drive being run by the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh grades.
• The sixth and seventh grade are having a Valentine’s Day Dance from 3:30-5 p.m. on Feb. 14.
• A belated congratulations to Mrs. Flinchum’s first grade class for winning the NFL Day—Free ice cream for the whole class contest! The entire class, everyone, dressed in their favorite team colors. What a great group effort. According to Mrs. Flinchum, students dressed in all kinds of outfits, from complete football uniforms to homemade creations with glitter! She purchased crepe paper for everyone to wear as headbands. All of this resulted in a lot of fun.
Also a big thank you to Pat, the cafeteria manager, for having this contest.
