A petition having been tiled with this Court by Douglas K. Baumgardner, Executor of the Estate of Anne Slaughter Keyser, and the question of probate having been removed to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, and an affidavit having been made and signed that there may be unkown heirs, devisees, successors in interest or others who have an interest in the Estate of Anne Slaughter Keyser by virtue of the provisions of the testamentary papers heretofore filed with this Court, the names and post office address of such persons being unkown, it is therefore ORDERED that said persons be made parties defendant as PARTIES UNKNOWN, and it is hereby ORDERED, that each of said parties appear on or before April 16. 1992 at 9 AM, and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this matter. It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Enter this 6th day of February, 1992.
