Copies of the project documents can be obtained beginning Wednesday, February 19, 1992 by submitting a request and a non-refundable payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per set. by check only, at tne Joyce Engineering, Inc. address listed above. Requests for project documents to be sent by mail must include a separate check for five dollars ($5.00) to cover postage and handling. Requests for project documents to be sent by overnight delivery must include a completed airbill of either Federal Express or UPS. Only full sets will be issued.
A pre-construction meeting will be held on Monday, March 2, 1992 at 10:00 AM at the landfill. Bids will be due by 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 12, 1992 at the County Administrator's office listed above. Bids will be open and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid submission deadline.
