Cancer Society dance
The Fauquier Unit of the American Cancer Society, which serves Rappahannock, will hold its 21st annual square dance at Fauquier High School on Feb. 15. The square dance is sponsored by the Village Squares, with all proceeds going to the Fauquier Unit of the American Cancer Society.
Dancing goes from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.; dinner from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Dancing will resume at 7 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. Tickets for the dinner are $7 for adults, $3 for children 12 years and under, and the public is cordially invited.
CPR classes at CCLC
A CPR class on infants and children will be offered at the Child Care and Learning Center Saturday, Feb. 22. The class will be sponsored by the Mothering Cooperative. There will be a $2 charge for non-members plus a small charge to cover book costs. Babysitting will be available. Pre-registration is required. For more information call Lorraine Espinola, 675-3743.

Workshop to be held
Motivation and self-esteem are the topics of a workshop for adult education providers to be held Saturday, Feb. 22 at Culpeper High School. Dr. Andrew Beale of Virginia Commonwealth University, a professor and licensed counselor, will present the program. The daylong session is free and lunch is provided.
