Participants in Class 3 learned how local government, and some aspects of the federal government, function. They also learned about selected aspects of policy Applicable to agricultural and forestry, how to conduct a survey of a small community, and many other practical things, including the role that ethics, justice, and religion have in leadership.
The VRLDP is designed to enable participants to learn that the product of leadership is judgment in action and that the ultimate test of practical leadership is the realization of intended real change that meets the enduring needs of people.
