Virginia to consider the foUownng applications:

TW Sub #92-01-01 Wallace Critzer, Estate (Steve Critzer, Agent), Box 86, Washington, Virginia, desires to subdivide 1.75 acre parcel into two (2) separate parcels of 1.4801 and 0.5000 acres respectively. Property is located in the Town of Washington on Rts 522/211, Middle Street: zoned "VR" Village Residential; Tax Map 20A 1 Parcel 121. Division allowed under Article VII5-1 through 14 of the Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance.

TW SUB #92-02-02 Application by L. Diane Broca to subdivide Tax Map 20A 1,124 into a 3.75 acre lot which would match the Town Corporate limits but for a 20' wide pipestem, an additional lot of approximately 6 acres in Town with a boundary adjustment of approximately .10 acres to an adjacent property. Use allowed under Article VII, Town of Washington Subdivision Ordinance.
