Crisis Assistance
Rappahannock Department of Social Services will operate the crisis assistance program this year to help alleviate heating emergencies. The program runs from Nov. 1,1994 to March 15,1^95.
State changes in this program allow for possible repair or replacement of a heating source when there is no heat in the home and other resources are not available to help with repairs. ,v
The crisis program will not pay for fuel.
