On Saturday, Oct. 29 “Sandy’s Farm” near Amissville was the setting for a Halloween party.
My disappointement was when “Jay” Carder, my brother phoned Friday to say a last minute assignment may prevent him from getting a replacement “force” and may not be here...so he didn’t come, along with some of his friends.
The party was to celebrate his last two years as owner and manager of “Pro-Alert” Security Systems, a private duty investigative group our of Rockville, Md. and serving the entire Maryland areas.
His past “Personal” assignment was at Cell-Mart Labs in Gaithersburg, Md. where O.J. Simpson’s “D.N.A.” Testing was ongoing for 60 days.
