PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 5, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
SPECIAL EXCEPTION #94-10-03
John Dove, 8320 Old Steel House Road, Rixeyville, Virginia 22737, operating as Dove’s Logging, Huntly, VA, Lessee of property owned by Aubrey and Edith North, desires to obtain a Special Exception Permit in order to expand an existing commercial sawmill operation. Business is located on Rt. 522 North of Flint Hill in Huntly, VA; Tax Map 5, Parcel 6, zoned ‘A* Agricultural, Wakefield Magisterial District. Allowed under Section 170-36, Article 170-36 (G) of the Rappahannock County Code.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
