I ing Edward spin a yam or retell the history of this great nation. I cannot imagine anyone replacing them as the true spirit of Rock Mills. Edward left his Roarin’ Rock rapids and surrounding land to the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church as a memorial to Helen. It will forever reign as one of the most beautiful spots in Rappahannock County.
My advice to the namers of roads is when it comes to naming roads in Rock Mills or roads that lead to Rock Mills, don’t leave out the Pawleys or you risk a rebellion of the sort that started the American Revolution.
One last thing, Mr. Columbo, you forgot to mention all the Grigsby of Rock Mills
