The Rappahannock 4-H Cloverbud Club will meet at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Extension Office in Washington. Members will be working on our items to sell during Colonial Christmas in Little Washington on Saturday, Dec. 3. Please remember to come out and ' support the 4-H program during Colonial Christmas!! Anyone interested in joining the Cloverbud Club is welcome, ages 5-8 year, call Hazel Zinn-Day 937-3185 or Mrs. Helen Smith at the Extension Office 675-3619.

Boosters Selling Citrus Fruit

v The Rappahannock County Music Boosters are selling citrus fruit to support the RCS band and choir programs. Several delicious varieties are available; navel oranges, tangelos, juice oranges, and Indian River red grapefruit. Each box (4/5 bushel) is $20 and a half box (2/5 bushel) is $12. Sunburst tangerines are also available in a 2/5 bushel box for $20. To order, please contact Sally Havstad at 987-9342. Fruit should arrive on Friday, Dec. 16.

Christmas Bazaar Set

The ladies of the Culpeper United Methodist Church will hold their annual Christmas Craft Bazaar from 1 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12.

A continental breakfast of coffee, tea, juices and homemade baked goods will be served. Lunch will include barbecue, hot dogs, coleslaw, chips, dessert and beverage. The bazaar will feature 49 crafters.

There will also be a table with Christmas balls depicting a historic site in Culpeper. After you have browsed through the rooms on the lower level be sure to check out the crafters on the second floor.

Dinner Planned

The Wayland Blue Ridge Youth Department will have thier preThanksgiving dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19 at the Ebemezer Baptist Church in Lignum. Rev. Moorefield is pastor of the church. Frank Lewis Jr. is president of the Youth Department.

48th Anniversary Slated

Mary Magdalene Chapter 208 Order of Eastern Star will celebrate their 48th anniversary at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19 with a gospel music program at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Front Royal.
