Benefit dance scheduled
The Creative Community Youth Council will hold its first benefit event to begin fundraising efforts for teen programs. On Saturday, Feb. 28 at Ki Theatre, the “First Fiery Hot Maple Day Dance” will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight and will feature area bands including The Day Care Swindlers and Please God. The cost will be $5.
Soccer registration slated
On site soccer registration will be held at Rappahannock County Elementary School from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, Feb. 21. You will need to bring a birth certificate and $35 for registration. For additional information call Shannon 987-8412.
