When I attended the meeting
hosted by Mr. James Epstein, the developer of Clevenger’s Corner, I came to discuss sprawl and the fact that his proposed subdivision is in blatant contradiction to his simultaneous proposal for a farmers’ cooperative. Mr. Epstein told me, “We are not here to discuss sprawl.”
I contend you cannot look at the issues with blinders on or in a pristine vacuum of your own design and that the effects of a subdivision at Clevenger’s Corner are in direct conflict to Mr. Epstein’s “concept” support for a farmers’ cooperative. I left the meeting when 1 realized we were only going to discuss
